As a part of our  "Game Design" module the design challenge was to make a board game which had to  be economical and which could be sold in trains and to poor children living in slums . We had to deal with all the aspects of the game such as to conceptualize rules ,  manufacture and plan market strategies for the game   Extensive brainstorming were done in order to meet the requisite goal requirements .Our team of 5 members came up with different game ideas each like chess for 4 ,cube stacking  , lion and sheep(game played in rural areas), launchpad( a pure skill based game) , ship building and laser football . And finally we came up with the game "GANIMI KAWA" a 2 player skill cum strategy based game , where each player had to use both the striker and their pieces to reach the opponents base . The name "GANIMI KAWA" is of marathi origin which means guerrilla warfare
